Heat Guard Small is a patented measuring instrument that monitors the durability of your heating system in a reliable manner by providing timely warning of corrosion (or the formation of rust), and therefore also of the particularly harmful effects that may be caused by corrosion.

Heat Guard Small therefore prevents unwanted problems, such as the break-down of boilers and pumps, seized valves, leaks and blockages caused by poor water quality. The sensor thereby ensures a much longer service life for your heating system, higher living comfort, less unwanted costs and significant savings of energy and materials.

“The Heat Guard Smart AD corrosion monitor is a patented measuring instrument that monitors the durability of your heating and cooling installation in a reliable manner by providing timely warning of corrosion (the formation of rust), and therefore also of the particularly harmful effects that may be caused by corrosion.

The corrosion monitor (logger-probe combination) is mounted in
the line with a flow-through lockshield valve device, whereby the
metal coupon on the tip of the probe is located in the water flow. The oxidation of this coupon (small piece of metal) is representative of the uniform corrosion within the system. The logger registers the corrosion rate over time, and gives a warning in case of impermissible values or a malfunction.”
